Registration will be held at 8:00 am and 9:00 am will be the Shot Gun Start.

There will be a free community dinner hosted by Mineral Area DeMolay on Saturday, October 18th from 5:00 pm to 7:00 pm at 206 North School St. in Desloge.

Vegetable Beef Soup & Grilled Cheese Sandwich will be served. Drink options will be water, tea or coffee.

This dinner provided in the DeMolay spirit of community and service. 

This event will be 8:00 am-2:00 pm!

There will be lots of vendors such as:

Jenn Lynn's Wreaths, Thrivent Financials with Janet Renshaw, Guilded Grace, Forget me Knot, Plants and Things, LLC, Sweet Scent Freshies, Louetta's Boutique, The Pepper Patch, Fairlight with Lilla Rosa, Better health Family Medicine, Ruby Lee Aesthetics, Called to Go and 573 Fitness will be giving away a 1-year membership and community workout!

Free stuff for the kids includes:

Bounce house, Face Painting, Fire truck and Police car fun, as well as a magic show at 10:00 am and 1:00 pm with Tim Roberts.

There will also be food trucks! Sugar Fire and Loaded will be there!

A blood drive will be held at Desloge City Hall - Community Room, located at 300 N. Lincoln on Tuesday, October 21, 2025, from 11:00-3:00 pm. by Parkland Health Center.

Desloge Public Library is hosting their annual Trunk or Treat on Wednesday, October 29 from 5-7 pm. Rain date is scheduled for Thursday, October 30th from 5-7 pm. 

If you would like to participate in this successful event, stop by the library or give them a call at (573) 431-3700, Option 4.

On Wednesday, October 29th and Thursday, October 30th, Missouri Baptist Medical Center will be offering 3D mammography screenings at A1 Homecare, located at 400 MC Black Road in Bonne Terre.

Please check with your medical insurance provider to verify your benefits and eligibility. Bring your insurance card, your physician's name/phone number, and a form of identification with you to your appointment. Screenings are for women 40 or older. (Women 35-39 with family history of breast cancer may also be screened).

Habitat for Humanity of St. Francois County will host their 169th Annual Food, Wine & Beverage Tasting Fundraiser at The White Magnolia Reception Hall, located at 210 East Woodlawn Dr in Leadington on Friday, November 7, 2025, from 6:00 pm-11:00 pm.

They will feature local area wineries, restaurants and catering companies. Wine and Mead will be available for purchase by the bottle or the case. Stock up for the holidays!

Admission is $40 per person in advance or $50 per person at the door. The ticket price includes:

Souvenir wine tasting glass, 10 1 oz. wine tastings provided per guest, silent auction, Photo booth fun by Totally Sound Entertainment, Dessert Auction by Glenda Straughn and Wine Pull sponsored by Hearing Care Partners. 

***Must be 18 to enter and 21 to partake in alcoholic beverages.

Immaculate Conception Catholic Church in Park Hills host a public food pantry each Friday from 7:30 AM until 9:30 AM.
