Big River Chautauqua Begins Tonight

Bonne Terre, Mo. (KFMO) - The 2025 edition of Big River Chautauqua begins tonight at the Bonne Terre City Hall Auditorium.

Actors will portray Steve Jobs, Albert Einstein, and Marie Curie, talking about their lives before breaking character and answering questions from the audience. This year's theme is "Brilliant Minds." Jeremy Meier, who will play Steve Jobs for tonight's performance, says there are a lot of expectations when portraying a more modern character.

Parking and admission is free. The Chautauqua Singers take the stage at 6 p.m, and the presentation begins at 7 p.m.
