Three Injured in Two-Vehicle Crash on U.S. 67 in Jefferson County

Jefferson Co., Mo. (KFMO) - Three people were injured Saturday afternoon in a two-vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 67 at Montauk Drive in Jefferson County.

According to the Missouri State Highway Patrol, the accident happened around 4:39 p.m. when a 2013 Cadillac Escalade driven by a 76-year-old man, of DeSoto, traveled into the path of a northbound 2019 Ford Edge driven by a 49-year-old female, of Fleetwood, Pennsylvania. The front of the Ford struck the left side of the Cadillac.

The Ford’s driver suffered moderate injuries and was taken by ambulance to Mercy Hospital Jefferson. The driver of the Cadillac and his passenger, a 75-year-old female occupant, also of DeSoto, also sustained moderate injuries and were transported to Mercy Hospital South.

Both vehicles were totaled and towed from the scene.
