Bismarck, Mo. (KFMO) - Fall has arrived in Bismarck, and local businesses are getting into the Halloween spirit.
Mayor Seth Radford says many downtown shops are participating in a festive competition leading up to the town’s Fall Festival.
Businesses that decorate skeletons for the season have a chance to win $100.
The winning business will be announced during Bismarck’s Fall Festival on Saturday, October 25, 2025.
