Crites Says Mixing Heat and Recreation Can be Dangerous

St. Francois Co., Mo. (KFMO) - With the Parkland's Heat Advisory extended through this Thursday evening heat isn't the only trouble we face this time of year.

St. Francois County Sheriff, Jeff Crites, says we should always be aware of heat related health issues as well as being cautious on our roadways due to increased recreational summer travel.

According to Crites, St. Francois County Deupties are ready to assist you whether it's a problem related to the heat or traffic.
