Jefferson County Deputies Investigating Death of Dittmer Man, Searching for His Wife

Jefferson Co., Mo. (KFMO) - Jefferson County Sheriff’s Deputies are investigating after a man was found dead inside a home in Dittmer on Saturday afternoon.

Deputies responded around 4 p.m. on August 30 to a residence in the 8000 block of Canyon Lane, where they discovered the body of 60-year-old Robert Malcom. Authorities confirm Malcom lived at the home.

Investigators are now seeking the whereabouts of his wife, Stacy Jay-Malcom, and are asking anyone with information to contact the Jefferson County Sheriff’s Office Detective Bureau at 636-797-5515.

The investigation remains ongoing.
