Leadwood Man Arrested on Drug and Theft-Related Charges

St. Francois Co., Mo. (KFMO) - A 45-year-old Leadwood man is facing multiple charges following an arrest Tuesday afternoon in St. Francois County.

The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports David L. Galvan was arrested at 2:12 p.m. on May 6, 2025. He is accused of resisting arrest by flight and possession of a controlled substance.

Authorities also say Galvan was wanted on a St. Francois County warrant for receiving stolen property and two counts of failure to appear. He is being held on a bondable warrant.
