North County Adult Education & Literacy Team Recognized for Outstanding Performance

Bonne Terre, Mo. (KFMO) - The North County Adult Education & Literacy (AEL) team has been honored with the Outstanding Performance Award from the Missouri Department of Elementary and Secondary Education (DESE).

Serving learners across Ste. Genevieve, St. Francois, Iron, Washington, and Madison counties, the AEL team helps adults earn their GED/HiSET diplomas and develop skills essential for employment and post-secondary education. Program leaders say the award highlights the dedication of the staff, who work tirelessly to support students in achieving their educational and career goals.
