Progress in the Parkland: Beautifying Rosedale Plaza

Farmington, Mo. (KFMO) - In this edition of Progress in the Parkland, Rosedale Plaza in Farmington is getting a fresh new look, thanks to Tom Boatright, owner of Diamonds and More Jewelers and the plaza itself. Boatright has been leading an effort to revitalize the building’s exterior, a project that began when he decided to double the size of his jewelry store.

Boatright said that he wanted something that would really stand out. He said that you will be able to see the building coming from both directions on Karsch Boulevard.

The redesign has been a multi-year process, from the initial design phase to the actual construction. The expansion of Diamonds and More has allowed the store to offer an even larger selection of jewelry. In addition, a third bench jeweler was brought on to complete custom orders more quickly.

Boatright said that the extra space makes for a more comfortable shopping atmosphere, where they can serve their customers better.

The enhancements to both the building and the business are part of a larger effort to beautify Rosedale Plaza and provide a better experience for both shoppers and passersby.
