Parents of some the young girls who died in July's Texas Hill Country floods testified at the state capitol Wednesday about proposed flood safety legislation for camps and campgrounds. 27 young girls and counselors were killed when catastrophic flooding hit Camp Mystic in the overnight hours on July 4.
