Washington County Central Dispatch Releases April 2025 9-1-1 Call Report

Washington Co., Mo. (KFMO) - The Washington County Central Dispatch 9-1-1 Center has released its monthly call report for April 2025, detailing the volume and nature of calls handled by emergency dispatchers.

During the month of April, dispatchers received a total of 4,073 calls, which includes both 9-1-1 emergency calls and administrative line calls. Of those, 1,307 calls came through 9-1-1 emergency lines, while 2,766 were received via administrative lines. From these calls, 3,344 were entered into the Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD) system as official Calls for Service, averaging approximately 111.46 CAD entries per day. Overall, dispatch handled an average of 135.76 total calls per 24-hour period throughout April.

Local residents are reminded to use 9-1-1 for emergencies only, and to utilize the administrative line for non-emergency inquiries to help keep emergency resources available for those in urgent need.
