Washington Co., Mo. (KFMO) - A Washington County man is facing multiple charges following an investigation into allegations of child abuse.
On Thursday, August 7, 2025, deputies with the Washington County Sheriff’s Office took Caleb Minter into custody after a warrant was issued for his arrest. Detectives allege that on three separate occasions, Minter struck his 10-year-old daughter in the head with a closed fist, sometimes repeatedly, causing injury.
The Washington County Prosecuting Attorney’s Office has charged Minter with three counts of abuse or neglect of a child, three counts of second-degree domestic assault, and one count of first-degree endangering the welfare of a child. Bond has been set at $100,000 cash only.
