Democrats and Republicans in Congress appear to be more open to dialogue on potential government shutdown solutions as the lapse in funding enters a fourth week. CBS News' Nikole Killion reports.
The U.S. Treasury Department has imposed sweeping sanctions on members of an alleged human smuggling network based in Mexico that it says trafficked people from four continents using yachts, hotels and cartel connections.
"People don't realize how much these clinics hold together the local health system until they're gone," said the head of Maine Family Planning clinics.
